What Should You Ask When a Builder Is Down to Its Last Homes?

Late in a community's sales, the remaining homes can be models or homesites that were passed over earlier. Each one calls for a few extra questions.

How Do Cresswind Residents Use the Rest of The Ponds?

Outside the gate, The Ponds has more than 20 miles of trails through oak forest, plus lakes and ponds for fishing and kayaking. The Summerville Family YMCA at The Ponds is on site, and Kolter lists perks for Ponds residents such as no joining fee. The historic Farmhouse Social Center is a gathering spot for the whole master plan, and a treehouse playground gives visiting grandkids a place to play.

How Far Is the Drive to Downtown Summerville and Charleston?

Kolter places Cresswind a few minutes from historic downtown Summerville and about 30 minutes from downtown Charleston. The short trip into Summerville makes it easy to run everyday errands and grab dinner out. Charleston and the beaches make better day trips, since traffic on the way in can stretch that half hour.
