719 N Godfrey Park Pl Charleston, SC 29407

Listing details for 719 N Godfrey Park Pl, Charleston, SC 29407 : You can almost throw a baseball and hit downtown Charleston!!! This sprawling ranch is very unique in that it offers the space and open feel many of the older homes in this area do not. As you enter the foyer, you are welcomed by a very large living room/dining room combination with a large window that overlooks the quiet, shady street out front. Through two french doors you find yourself in a comfy den with ceramic tile floors and easy access to the large and sunny kitchen. The downstairs also features 2 front bedrooms (one with a wall of built in storage) and a large master suite with large walk-in closet/sitting room, a large master bath with stone shower and a large corner tub. This property needs a bit of a cosmetic fixup, but if you are willing to do some painting yourself, this good house will be GREAT! While there is plenty of room upstairs with several rooms and storage areas, the space is not included in the square footage. This home was priced with comparables just using the downstairs footage, so consider the extra as free space to enjoy. The seller is in the process of getting an estimate on new windows. Sold "as-is."
