8605 Doar Rd Awendaw, SC 29429

Listing details for 8605 Doar Rd, Awendaw, SC 29429 : I have two DEEP WATER lots on Awendaw Creek. Each lot has FANTASTIC VIEWS! 17 minutes to Wal Mart and 30 mins to Downtown Charleston! These lots give direct access to the INTERCOASTAL WATERWAY via a deep water creek capable of handling 30+ foot boats; NO BRIDGES between us and the ICW, unlike other listings on the market where low bridges prevent access to salt water. Each lot just over an acre. I have septic permits in hand for each and the lots are not in a conforming neighborhood so there are no silly HOAs to put up with! I visited DHEC and there will be no problem getting dock permits. I have not gotten dock permit b/c I want to give buyers the option to pick their exact location. The lots are on an outside bend in the creek so the dock would only have to be a few feet long! The low price is a bargain when you consider these lots were originally listed for $399,000! Owner/Broker. Lot has not been addressed yet, is next door to house at 8603 Doar Rd and that is the mailbox you want to turn next to.
