818 Pigeon Bay Rd Cross, SC 29436

Listing details for 818 Pigeon Bay Rd, Cross, SC 29436 : Huge, brand-spanking-new home on 4.5 acres. It's long and narrow, so leave it thick and hunt it hard, or clear it all the way back. Plant grass as far as you can see and let goats and horses eat it up. I pictured it with a long, narrow pond running down it, but I like to fish. Speaking of fishing, Lake Moultrie boat landings are a couple of miles up the road. The home is set way back off the road, behind a fence and gate. The property is full of deer--I will post pictures of deer right in front of the house. The inside is upgraded with a fabulous kitchen, 3 full baths, and an extra entertainment room. Huge closets. Great front and back decks for BBQs. If you want a home in the sticks, here you go. A few more finishing touches to come. Agent is owner.
