FLOUNDER LAKE IS FULL OF SEAFOOD!!! While I was placing it on the market, the owner's grandson landed a 27" spottail bass right off the private dock. The neighborhood offers both tidal creek and tidal lake access, low country views everywhere you turn, and tons of space to spread out... Come see this summer retreat or full time home before you buy in the area... You will be pleased! PLEASE REMEMBER: THIS SALE INCLUDES 2 SEPARATE LOTS... Most of the homes in the neighborhood have only half amount of land offered. This is a unique offering. Appointment only... it is a gated community!
