You are immediately impressed when you walk through the front door and can see all the way out the back to the golf course. The dining room and living room are open to each other and separated by decorative columns. The living room has french doors that open unto a huge sunroom. The sunroom really brings the outside in with all its natural light and great views out the back, and it also features tiled floors, a wet bar, and because of its size, is a great area for entertaining. Probably the biggest focal point of the house is the amazing kitchen. The owners did an $83,000 kitchen renovation which is nicer than most new homes. Gorgeous cabinets, bosch dishwasher, 6 burner gas oven, center island that looks like a piece of furniture, farm sink, accent 3rd row glass cabinets, granite countertops, and more. The kitchen overlooks the breakfast area that has a bay window and also is open to the family room with a gas fireplace, wet bar, and deep tray ceiling. All these areas have wood floors, thick crown molding, and lots of architectural accents. The master bedroom is down and has two walk-in closets and french doors leading out to the sunroom. Like the kitchen, the master bath has been remodeled and has tile floors, large tiled shower, whirlpool tub, and upgraded oil rubbed bronze fixtures and lighting. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and a large frog. All the bedrooms have walk-in closets. One bedroom has its own private bath that has recently been remodeled with tile floors and shower. The other bedrooms share another full bath. One of the bedrooms is currently used as a weight room so lots of options. The frog is very large and currently has a pool table and media area. All three hvac units and ductwork were replaced approximately 2 years ago and the crawl space was encapsulated for humidity control to give the new owner one less thing to worry about. With the renovated kitchen and bathrooms, this home has the feel of a much newer home, and the seller is also conveying a 1 year AHS warranty for added piece of mind.
