Listing details for 2928 Old Gilliard Rd, Holly Hill, SC 29059 : What a great opportunity for the right buyer! This is your chance to rehab a large, 2,295 square foot home sitting on 12 acres of mostly wooded land. Due to the amount of work that this home needs, the purchase will need to be done with either cash or use of a renovation loan. The exterior has fairly recently been redone with new windows and hardy plank siding. Additions have also been made to the home to add extra bedrooms, expand the master bedroom and add a master bath. The roof appears to be very new and one of the HVAC units also appears to be quite new. There are multiple out buildings including a good sized stable with power and water which run to it. The garage was converted by the previous owner to a dog kennel/wash. This property is full of possibilities - come see for yourself!
