2225 Mariners Ferry Charleston, SC 29414

Listing details for 2225 Mariners Ferry, Charleston, SC 29414 : The last home that sold on the lake, on this street, was less than 2000 sqft and sold for $595,000. This one is almost 600 sqft larger, and is 60k less - Priced with some fixups in mind, this lagoon front home has soaring ceilings, hardwood floors, plenty of light, an open floorplan, a beautiful screened porch and as mentioned, is priced well below the comps. Even though it is sold as-is, the home does not feel at all like a fixer upper - we priced it knowing some cosmetic and other changes would be likely, and if you look closely at others, the other interior homesites of this caliber are priced on average, 50k higher than this one. It has an outside deck, patio beneath, all bedrooms are on the main floor, and has a nice little dockspace on the lagoon - THIS IS A GREAT DEAL! - Sold as-is
