There is a load of pride of ownership in a really great neighborhood only a few minutes to Folly Beach. Does the home back up to neighbors? Yes, but they are a little more spread out than normal to create more of a private feel than you'd expect. There is a nice screen porch to enjoy in the evenings or while your kids or friends are enjoying the new pool. In all reality, this home is built for fantastic outdoor entertaining! There is still a deck off the screen porch to put the grill. This home will welcome some new interior paint to make it your own. Some frogs don't really feel like they could be a 4th bedroom, but this one works out really well as it doesn't actually feel like a frog. It could also be used as a great music room, man cave, very large office etc etc. The master closet is much larger than anyone will expect as well. Very easy to show!
