Listing details for 1108 Purple Martin Ln, Hanahan, SC 29410 : ***WATERFRONT HOME PRICED TO SELL****This sprawling brick home is located on the Goose creek reservoir. Bring you fishing pole, hammock and mood to relax because this is like a permanent stay-cation. The first time I walked into the home I was drawn to all the windows that provide endless views of the water and marsh and from what I here, some of the best fishing in the low country. The kitchen is AMAZING. There are so many cabinets and counter tops you could entertain friends and family and never get board with it. The center island has a gas stove top for better accuracy in cooking. And the dining room...wow. GORGEOUS views again. It would be hard to pull yourself away from the sun room or large deck; cup of sweet tea and a good book while the kids fish just feet away. The owners suite is located on the first floor and boasts a very nice sunroom that opens up to the sunroom, vaulted ceilings and a bathroom that has a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and beautiful marble accents. There are 2 other bedrooms and one full bath located on the main level that could be used for an in-law. Then walk up stairs to the guest/children's quarters. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 2 common areas plus a large FROG. No Kidding. Talk about the perfect plan for a growing family. So all of this and it is located in the award winning Hanahan School district, a district that prides them selves on a small environment, parent involvement, full sports programs and a high graduate to college ratio. The Hanahan rec center also has great sports programs, a fantastic senior center and they are currently building an amphitheater on the water. Welcome home to the good life, what the Low Country is all about!
